Takeaways

Takeaway

CareerScamShield centered on user research and the need for comprehensive usability testing. Our user research revealed critical insights into the challenges faced by job seekers in identifying and reporting job scams, emphasizing the necessity for clear, user-friendly interfaces and accessible information. However, a significant gap was identified in the absence of usability tests, which would have provided invaluable feedback on the effectiveness of our design solutions. Moving forward, incorporating rigorous usability testing is essential to validate our findings, refine the user experience, and ensure our platform effectively meets the needs of its users in combating job scams.
